A bit about us our names are Tom , Amie & Sam we started The Shorthorn BBQ and we are based in Staffordshire and between us we have over 20 years experience in hospitality and our mission is to give our customers the best service and tasty BBQ food that will live long in their memories …
Our food
Our mouthwatering burgers are made using select cuts from our butcher to create the perfect patty. On a toasted premium brioche bun topped with our smoked meats then our and our house-made coleslaw, our burgers are the main event!
But wait, there’s more!. Our signature loaded waffle fries topped with mac and cheese go down a storm! Using 3 cheeses, then topped with our smoked meat and house-made sauces
Passion of BBQ
We here at The Shorthorn BBQ are passionate about BBQ. Using chunks of cherry wood to smoke our meats on our gravity fed smoker which is our pride and joy as the smell of the meat is sensational when we open up that lid!
